Clickidi is a South African based online store launched in March 2020. Although determined to hit an existing saturated ecommerce market at the time, Clickidi immediately with the launch formed part of a national and global lockdown as a result of a widespread COVID-19 or Corona Virus epidemic.

 


Clickidi.co.za CEO Stefan Marais, had a simple two goal vision in mind : To grow into a competitive customer orientated online shopping destination, where customers can experience the convenience of purchasing just about any product to be found on the face of the earth at affordable prices and to provide a marketing platform to small and medium businesses in order to connect to customers and service providers. A unique and rate to find 2in1 shopping experience where customers get access to products and services with the least clicks of a mouse required, thus the origin of the name "Clickidi".

 


March 2020 saw a humble, modest launch to the store with limited resources. With a widely uncertain future, time will be the factor to determine our success and we hope to report within a year that Clickidi has indeed weathered the storm and prevailed under immense pressure.

Clickidi strives to provide customers not only with a easy, user friendly ordering and payment process, but also to deliver the product in record time, so customers can enjoy more time with their families, friends and hobbies.

At Clickidi we love ourselves a little competition. Competition is what drives not only ourselves, but other industry leaders to provide customers with better products and better service. Clickidi wants to be the best, period. In running a strong and competitive race, Clickidi gains the trust of customers. As Ricky Bobby said in Teledega Night, "If you ain't first, you're last" and Clickidi hates being last. Customers can trust that Clickidi will always provide competitive products, prices and record delivery times if not the best.

The ecommerce sector is built on the backbone of simple. If the process weren't making customer's life's simpler, then the need for the service would not exist. As will Rogers said, Clickidi knows what we are doing to provide customers with a simpler process of obtaining their needs and wants, and we simply love doing it. By putting a smile on our customer's faces, makes it even simpler to believe in what we are doing.
